Cherokee Friends of the Library Book Basket Auction.
Due to library renovations, we're going basket free this year — help us raise funds with a charitable donation instead of a themed basket. This fundraiser raises money for the annual summer learning program, afterschool activities, large print books, and more. In the past 26 years we have raised nearly $50,000 to provide essential services, which the library provides for the community. Without your donation, these programs would cease to exist. Join us for a Chamber Coffee on November 13th at 9:30 AM at the Cherokee City Hail Council Chambers to learn more, and then follow along for weekly updates on the library renovation project
